Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior members of the business development team to learn customer service and sales techniques.
• Participate in classroom and shadow-style training to understand the entry-level role.
• Meet directly with customers to build relationships and educate them on client products and services.
• Learn and understand the full sales cycle and complete it while following client compliance guidelines.
• Keep a customer record of all interactions and report back to the client to ensure records are updated.
• Network and share tips with other entry-level Account Managers to achieve team goals.
• Help teach and train other team members who may be struggling.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for working with people, both internally and externally.
