About the position

The Account Manager Trainee position at Florida Management Co. is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer engagement and sales. This role serves as a bridge between businesses and consumers, focusing on implementing effective sales strategies for clients in the auto glass industry. The Account Manager Trainee will oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing sales, while working collaboratively with various departments to ensure alignment with client standards.

Responsibilities

• Initiating and following up on our clients' customers to positively impact product and service awareness and sales revenue
• Working cross-functionally with all departments to ensure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary to our client's standards
• Speaking publicly with potential customers with confidence and poise
• Representing the company in a professional manner and abiding by all safety and employee guidelines
• Creating new accounts confidently with a simple sales process and inputting client information to our system accurately
• Following up with qualified leads from our clients, closing sales, overturning objections, and closing contacts

Requirements

• Experience in an Account Manager, Sales, Business Consultant or Customer Service role
• High school Diploma or GED is preferred but not required
• Background in a Customer Facing, Sales, or Promotions role is a plus
• Ability to define issues, analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound conclusions
• Unwavering positivity and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to prioritize and manage several different tasks at once
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
