• Train directly with business development leaders and sales team to gain knowledge on client campaigns, products, and services.
• Grow the consumer base and increase revenue for clients through business development strategies and sales campaigns.
• Build rapport with potential clients through professional and empathetic communication.
• Increase client satisfaction and retention by assessing needs and providing beneficial solutions.
• Implement action plans for new customer acquisitions by meeting daily sales targets and weekly team goals.
• Collaborate with fellow trainees and managers to innovate marketing and sales tactics.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 0 - 2 years of experience in Business Management, Sales, Account Management, Client Relations, or Customer Service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
