About the position

The Account Manager position at Noniussoft SA focuses on driving sales activities in the North America region, specifically from the Orlando office. The role involves managing key accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and generating new sales to foster long-lasting relationships. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in the sales process, from understanding client needs to contract negotiations and post-sales evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Manages a defined key accounts portfolio (KAMs)
  • New sales to key accounts - Upsell and cross-sell
  • Renewing Product/Services Contracts/SLAs
  • Periodic visits/meetings/calls/e-meetings to monitor satisfaction
  • Regular follow-up contact/negotiation/etc
  • Sending status report of contracted systems
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Implement the Sales Process
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
  • Proposal revision, negotiation, and closing
  • Contract negotiation/renewals
  • Project kick-off
  • Post-sales evaluation
  • Deliver monthly reports and forecasts to the Sales Director and Subsidiary Director using internal sales tools
  • Participate in planned corporate and marketing activities during the year.

Requirements

  • Degree in Sales, Commerce or Management
  • Minimum experience of 1 year in a sales position
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven customer relationship experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Hospitality
  • Knowledge in ICT or related areas
  • Knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
