About the position

The Account Management Team at WTS is focused on providing innovative and sustainable solutions related to water, energy, and materials. This role involves working closely with customers to develop advanced equipment and chemical treatment solutions, enhancing energy and water efficiency while optimizing profitability and productivity. The position requires a consultative approach, technical expertise, and a passion for environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant and advisor to customers, applying technologies to solve water and process treatment needs.
  • Learn and apply customer safety and environmental practices.
  • Work in the field at commercial sites several days per month, engaging with field test equipment and chemical feed systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and optimize chemical feed and equipment operations using predictive analytics.
  • Participate in daily operational meetings to share best practices and impactful solutions.
  • Collaborate across teams to promote account growth and deliver creative solutions to customers.
  • Recognize and celebrate customer successes with industry-standard awards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, Environmental Science, Technology, or Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work in various environments including heavy industrial and commercial properties.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in direct sales, customer service, account management, or industry operations.
  • Good communication and technical (computer) skills.
