About the position

The Account Manager will lead and maintain full account support for client accounts, ensuring overall client satisfaction, driving process optimization, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a highly driven, organized, and self-starting individual who excels in managing relationships and anticipating client needs for growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain proficiency with company systems, including Admin, Netsuite, NuOrder, and Office365.
  • Oversee client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
  • Build rapport with clients and develop strong relationships and trust.
  • Ensure client issues are addressed promptly and escalate necessary communications to leadership.
  • Maintain a holistic understanding of key account status to identify potential opportunities or issues.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business development opportunities.
  • Provide routine client reporting on a weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis.
  • Optimize revenue and profitability on existing accounts by proposing additional solutions and services.
  • Review all major deliverables to ensure accuracy, quality standards, margin requirements, and client expectations are met.
  • Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and client reactions.
  • Process purchase orders for fulfillment and product needs as presented by clients.
  • Assist with accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivables, and purchase order funding.
  • Maintain consistent communication with remote colleagues and management regarding account activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Account or Customer Management experience.
  • Proven Account Management skills to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Experience in a warehouse or fulfillment facility is a plus.

  • Experience in the luxury lifestyle industry.
  • Familiarity with design coordination and procurement processes.
