The Account Manager position at Connected Staffing Solutions is a fully remote role focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and meeting individual sales targets.
  • Create and execute account plans that align with the clients' business goals and objectives, ensuring proactive engagement to address their needs.
  • Address client concerns and issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner and escalating complex problems to senior management when necessary.
  • Monitor client accounts and analyze performance metrics, preparing regular reports for both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive client experience and address any potential service gaps.
  • Lead the contract renewal process, negotiating terms and ensuring clients continue their partnership with the company.
  • Participate in comprehensive training to gain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and internal systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling within existing client bases.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other account management tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to clients' needs and occasionally work outside regular business hours to ensure client satisfaction.
