About the position

The Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships between the agency and its client partners. This position is responsible for managing creative projects, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that ad placements are executed accurately. The Account Manager will coordinate various projects, liaise with clients, and oversee the execution of digital media campaigns, all while fostering strong client communications.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and managing design, print, media, and web-related projects
  • Liaising with clients under executive guidance
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
  • Participating in weekly internal team meetings and coordinating conference calls with clients
  • Managing online project manager tools and task calendars
  • Tracking all project changes requested by the client or President/CEO
  • Submitting all approved projects to various vendors, media outlets, or designated recipients
  • Managing tasks related to video, photography, and special projects
  • Compiling summary documents, audits, reconciliation packets, etc.
  • Maintaining a daily report of all projects for the client
  • Scheduling deployments of eBlasts and online marketing initiatives
  • Filing all project documents in designated files.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Account Management role or similar position
  • Proficiency in utilizing Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS)
  • Proven track record in Advertising Management and Campaign Planning
  • Extensive experience in planning and executing Digital Media Campaigns
  • Solid understanding and experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated skills in fostering Client Appreciation and maintaining strong Client Communications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
