About the position

The Account Manager at Landscape Workshop, LLC is responsible for overseeing the maintenance crews and managing customer relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. This role is crucial for driving the growth of the company's commercial landscape management services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating resources effectively. The Account Manager will work closely with crews, sales teams, and clients to maintain high standards and promote business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of maintenance crews.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through relationship building and regular site visits.
  • Identify resources needed for the team and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Provide horticulture training and daily instructions to crew leaders.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for employees and clients.
  • Apply Landscape Workshop methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Recommend enhancement services to clients and coordinate with branch employees.
  • Communicate business development opportunities with team members and sales representatives.
  • Track and report team hours, expenses, and sales weekly.
  • Assist Branch Manager with project budgets and facilitate client meetings.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with crew leaders and estimate jobs when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years managing landscape maintenance crews and interfacing with customers.
  • Proficient with computer software programs including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year or two-year program preferred.
