About the position

The Account Manager position at Arizona Nutritional Supplements LLC focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with current and potential customers to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves evaluating customer needs, coordinating requests for quotes and information, and serving as the main point of contact for assigned customers. The Account Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that products meet customer expectations and will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and build relationships with current and potential customers to close sales.
• Evaluate and anticipate customer needs while providing outstanding customer service.
• Serve as the main point of contact with customers as assigned by the sales executive.
• Coordinate RFQ (Request for Quote) and RFI (Request for Information) documents for customers.
• Handle customer-related concerns and complaints, working with departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate price lists and approved order quantities for each account.
• Work with CSRs and purchasing regarding materials and packaging for new products.
• Track products to meet lead times and update shipping information for customers.
• Provide production and shipping numbers to management and relay status on products to customers.
• Meet with prospects and customers at company facilities to review capabilities and provide tours.
• Complete Change Orders, Deviations, PMR's, MMR's, Lab Specs, and Master Control.
• Provide customer support on new and existing accounts, introducing new products and promotional programs.

Requirements

• High School diploma; some college is helpful.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or service industry equivalent.
• Moderate math, reading, computer, language, and writing skills required.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
• Ability to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
