About the position

The Account Manager position at Randstad involves business development within a company that specializes in manufacturing certified instruments, avionics, and power solutions for the aerospace industry. The successful candidate will ensure continual growth across product lines and maintain a top-notch customer experience, working with various aviation customers globally.

Responsibilities

  • Support tradeshows and customer meetings to drive business development.
  • Discover new product opportunities and offer solutions to meet customer power needs.
  • Ensure continual growth across all product lines and OEM and Defense markets.
  • Provide a top-notch customer experience to aviation customers worldwide.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of direct aviation experience, preferably with exposure to aviation electrical and avionics systems.
  • Proven experience in relationship building and providing superior customer service.
  • Negotiation and project/program management skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Private Pilot's License, Airframe and Powerplant License, or similar certification in the aviation field.
