About the position

The Account Manager at Mariani Premier Group is responsible for managing landscape maintenance within a portfolio of high-end residential estates. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, overseeing financial management, and ensuring quality control of landscaping projects. Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with highly satisfied clients to ensure longevity of client base.
• Generate ideas, estimate, propose, and sell value-added enhancement projects to improve the function and aesthetics of clients' properties.
• Work closely with Operations to coordinate a diverse mix of maintenance and enhancement work within the portfolio.
• Procure materials and supplies for crews and clients as necessary.
• Responsible for financial management of the portfolio including timely and accurate billings and collections.
• Complete, process, and approve paperwork with high accuracy for crew time sheets, materials receipts, and subcontractor invoices.
• Quality control for all work in the assigned portfolio.
• Ensure smooth transition from construction to maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience with estate gardening and client interaction.
• Exceptional level of detail with a willingness to learn and blend with a division high on culture and teamwork.
• Customer service oriented with a drive to maintain a portfolio of highly satisfied customers.
• Exceptionally high standard for safety.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and the ability to represent the RP Marzilli brand within the company and in the public eye.
• Computer proficient with experience in the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn and utilize other programs as necessary.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred degree in Plant Science, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Soil Science, Landscape Contracting, Landscape Architecture, Forestry, Turf, Biology, Plant Pathology, Plant Physiology or equivalent field experience.
