Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services to effectively sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Solve problems and build trusted relationships with commercial customers.
• Conduct inspections of customer properties and make recommendations based on findings.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and managing assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided technology.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, but sales experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is necessary.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide applicator's license/certification (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with clients.
