About the position

The Account Manager at Hybrid Promotions LLC plays a crucial role in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth order processing within the apparel industry. This position involves collaboration with various departments to oversee the daily functions of account management, focusing on customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Sales and Senior Account Manager to assist in managing orders and accounts.
• Review weekly open order and sample reports with Order Management.
• Attend weekly production meetings to stay updated on order statuses.
• Ensure accuracy of worksheets processed from Sales, including style numbers and treatment details.
• Follow up on testing requirements as needed.
• Attend Production handoff meetings to facilitate smooth transitions.
• Track sample ETAs and ensure timely arrivals and approvals.
• Communicate with the License Department regarding approvals and art status.
• Coordinate with Pre-Pro and Production Departments on approvals.
• Work with Garment Wash Department for sample needs.
• Complete account-specific forms and ensure they are sent with packages.
• Prepare cost sheets and upload them into Unity.
• Submit CAD requests for order processing and manage production order worksheets.
• Organize and maintain sample racks for internal reference.
• Prepare and send approval items to customers, including lab dips and fit samples.
• Ship out samples and approval items with correct internal references.

Requirements

• BA or AA in a Fashion related field preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in account management within the apparel industry.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
• Comfortable using various computer programs for task management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant managerial follow-up.
