About the position

The Account Manager at Chase Plastics Services Inc. is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing resin distribution sales within a designated territory. This role requires a proactive approach to managing client relationships and achieving sales objectives, while also ensuring effective communication with suppliers and maintaining accurate sales data.

Responsibilities

  • Devote full-time to the business and affairs of Chase Plastic Services, Inc.
  • Adhere to the Account Manager List of Expectations and meet financial and administrative objectives assigned by the Manager.
  • Maximize call frequency at high-potential accounts using strategies like Call Zones and Account Segmentation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with suppliers to identify new opportunities and achieve preferred distributor status.
  • Work independently and in a self-directed manner to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and track annual sales and trading margin budgets.
  • Maintain the CRM database on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Mid-level experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining sales data.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in resin distribution or related industries.
  • Familiarity with sales budgeting and margin tracking.
