About the position

Cramer is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Norwood, MA. This full-time position involves managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster client loyalty and drive business growth through effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 8 client relationships
• Represent the voice of the client in all internal discussions
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering loyalty by effectively onboarding clients and uncovering their preferences/expectations
• Identify potential roadblocks and partner with manager to course correct proactively
• Ensure the final deliverables meet the quality, objectives, and expectations of the agency and the client
• Own all account financials including contracts, budgets, change orders, and invoices
• Accurately communicate revenue expectations and predictions to internal teams
• Develop an understanding of the client's business/industry and Cramer's industry
• Lead proposals with support from manager
• Manage forecasting and accurately communicate to leadership
• Monitor industry trends and client activities to identify new opportunities for growth
• Own project kickoff, reconciliation, and debrief meetings both internally and with client, developing remediation plans when necessary.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in an agency environment
• Experience with experiential, strategy or production is highly regarded
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication and client management skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
• Experience with CRM systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Analytical thinker, capable of using creative problem-solving skills
