About the position

Corpay is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary client services contact within the Corporate Payments division. This role is focused on client retention, satisfaction, and issue resolution for assigned accounts, requiring a strong technical knowledge and the ability to travel to client sites as needed. The Account Manager will work in a hybrid environment, balancing office and home work, and will be responsible for ensuring effective use of products and services by clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account support and problem resolution.
  • Respond to inbound communications including emails, faxes, phone calls, and Salesforce cases.
  • Develop and execute a client service delivery strategy tailored to assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular calls and presentations to review business performance and provide training.
  • Make decisions regarding client setup and support, including financial fee approvals.
  • Prepare and present solutions to retain client relationships.
  • Monitor service levels using customer feedback and identify growth potential.
  • Interact with internal departments to support the customer base.
  • Troubleshoot client-raised servicing issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Excellent personal organization and superior communication skills.
  • Ability to react quickly to resolve customer issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with financial services or corporate payments.
