About the position

D&B Grocers is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to service customers within defined territories. This role involves representing the company at store-level, focusing on business growth through top-quality service and effective communication with store management. The Account Manager will be responsible for sales, inventory management, and promotional activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and product visibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality service to achieve business growth within an assigned territory.
• Interact frequently with store management to generate sales and service customers.
• Rotate and stock products on shelves, displays, and coolers.
• Build displays and set up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders for delivery.
• Sell the entire product portfolio at store-level through discussions with decision makers.
• Execute promotions and solicit new placements of displays and point-of-sales materials.
• Maintain and grow shelf facings of products and ensure proper rotation of products.
• Build and maintain relationships with accounts through effective communication and service.
• Comply with all Company Operating Procedures.
• Utilize a company-issued tablet for daily customer orders and correspondence.

Requirements

• 1 year of account management experience
• 1 year of sales experience
• Valid Driver's License and proof of insurance
• Strong communication skills
