About the position

The Account Manager at Hollingsgate Workforce Solutions is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships within the insurance sector. Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day client interactions, insurance policies, and renewals.
  • Assessing client needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and ensuring retention.
  • Growing business through referrals and new opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on Property and Casualty insurance.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to balance account management with business development.
  • Knowledge of the Florida insurance market, especially in commercial and high-value accounts.
  • A 220 license is preferred, though candidates with a 440 license will be considered.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in insurance sales for at least 3 years.
