About the position

The Account Manager at iMatrix is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients while driving upsells through marketing consultations conducted via phone and video. This role involves identifying marketing opportunities for clients and ensuring that services are delivered effectively to meet their needs. The Account Manager will also work closely with service delivery teams and manage a portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Perform 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Conduct daily marketing consultations via video to achieve monthly upsell sales targets.
  • Identify marketing opportunities for clients and match them with appropriate services.
  • Qualify leads from marketing efforts and set appointments for online demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate a high level of knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships.
  • Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Proactively identify 'at risk' customers and escalate to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure customers are proficient in using services and provide consultative support.
  • Field account and product-related calls from clients and Customer Support team.
  • Monitor competitors, including pricing and services.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales metrics.
  • Attend weekly meetings to provide updates and suggestions for client performance.

Requirements

  • 1 Year+ in closing a SaaS product to small businesses as an Account Manager or Account Executive.
  • 1 Year+ of sales experience in Digital Marketing or TV/Online Ad sales (Plus).
  • 6 Months or more in a SDR/BDR role calling on Small Business (Plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
