About the position

The Account Manager (B2B) at Concentrix is responsible for managing client accounts and developing processes to foster strong relationships with clients. This role involves executing sales strategies, reactivating previously spending accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management. Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts and develop processes to ensure fantastic relationships with clients.
  • Execute sales motions to reactivate previously spending accounts while maximizing impact.
  • Foster strong client partnerships and implement effective business strategies for sustained growth.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the business portfolio using various tools and processes.
  • Drive reactivation against new spend goals for former customers.
  • Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sales opportunities with B2B clients.
  • Use a multichannel approach to establish business communication with clients.
  • Educate clients on opportunities and translate their marketing goals into actionable strategies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients, delivering proper recommendations and solutions.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products, best practices, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environment.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and sales pipeline.
  • Ability to drive a value-based selling approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to unlock high-potential budget opportunities and grow customer investment.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Experience working with CRM or similar.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years experience in Sales with Digital or Social Media Sales.
  • Experience in customer retention or reactivation with business clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing dynamic environment.
