Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives.
  • Initiate regular communications to anticipate challenges and provide preemptive solutions.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor usage metrics and address potential adoption hurdles proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support teams in addressing customer needs.
  • Educate customers on new features, updates, and best practices.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients and drive proactive product adoption.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in B2B sales
  • Exceptional inside sales experience in a metrics driven, fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Motivated, coachable, and competitive go-getter
  • Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce) to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
