About the position

The Sales and Fitness Coach at Legends Boxing Bountiful is a part-time role focused on driving membership sales and supporting members in their fitness journeys through boxing. This position emphasizes relationship building, coaching, and managing member accounts to ensure a positive and results-driven experience for all members.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage trial classes for prospective members.
• Sell memberships by building relationships and aligning with members' fitness goals.
• Coach members in boxing and fitness techniques, ensuring a results-driven experience.
• Manage member accounts, including onboarding and retention efforts.
• Track sales performance and goals, ensuring consistent membership growth.

Requirements

• Sales experience, with a strong focus on relationship building and closing deals.
• Fitness background, comfortable with coaching boxing or other group fitness classes.
• Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets (preferred).
• CRM experience is a plus but not required.
