About the position

The Account Manager at Richtech Creative Displays is responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of robot deployments and events. This role requires a skilled project manager who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, with a proven track record in project management, particularly in technology and event management settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fulfillment process for robot deployment projects, ensuring that all phases from planning to execution meet organizational standards and client expectations.
• Manage and coordinate robot events, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site management, ensuring seamless execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, suppliers, and vendors.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans and resolving any project-related challenges.
• Ensure that project deliverables are met in accordance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
• Prepare and present regular status updates and reports to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards during project implementation.
• Support business development efforts by participating in project scoping, client meetings, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technology, robotics, or event management setting.
• Strong track record of successfully managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors, and teams.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach to managing projects.

• PMP certification.
• Mandarin proficiency to coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
