About the position
The Account Manager at BrightView Landscapes is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role involves overseeing field operations, supervising a Production Manager, and facilitating the delivery of high-quality service. The Account Manager will also play a key role in sales by presenting enhancement ideas and generating referrals, while assisting in the overall leadership of the branch.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
- Perform site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
- Facilitate the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal.
- Proactively present site enhancement ideas to clients.
- Generate referrals from existing clients and pass them to the Business Developer.
- Develop accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins.
- Assist in overall leadership of the branch.
- Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels.
- Coordinate with the Branch Administrator to ensure branch databases contain up-to-date client information.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the landscape or service industry.
- Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience.
