About the position

The Account Manager at Yellow Shoes, the creative marketing agency for Disney Experiences, plays a crucial role in ensuring that client needs are met through effective marketing strategies. This position involves managing client expectations, leading creative strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions that resonate with consumers and enhance brand engagement.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and ensure sound strategy while providing solutions to address client problems.
• Manage client expectations, project timing, and direction to set the agency up for success.
• Lead creative strategy based on consumer insights, resulting in clear briefs for creative activation.
• Partner with Project Management to keep clients updated and engage leadership to maintain momentum toward deliverables.
• Maintain assignment budgets to ensure work does not exceed approved funds.
• Collaborate with internal agency peers to develop creative solutions that deliver on the brief and advance business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and discipline partners through face-to-face interactions and electronic communications.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of professional marketing, ad agency, brand management, media, or related experience.
• Knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, and OOH, along with the production processes for each.
• Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams.
• Current knowledge of the advertising industry.
• Understanding of brand management and advertising for consumer brands.
• Familiarity with consumer research tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
