About the position

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires a combination of technical sales skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities to analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on product features and updates, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to our products.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or business development within a technology sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the cleaning and maintenance industry.
  • Strong technical sales skills with the ability to analyze complex information and present it clearly to clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by results.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
