About the position

The Account Manager at Healthy Campus is responsible for onboarding new accounts, launching innovative programs, and ensuring seamless account operations to enhance student wellbeing across multiple schools. This role involves coordinating services with county and school district leaders, managing project timelines, and delivering tailored programs that meet the holistic needs of students.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with county, school district, and school administrators.
  • Meet regularly with key stakeholders to discuss project progress and needs.
  • Establish best practices and utilize existing organizational standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information about project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Coordinate internal teams to meet client project milestones.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and adjust as necessary.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize service delivery and program outcomes.
  • Coordinate training and awareness campaigns within schools.
  • Facilitate regular communication between the organization and schools to ensure program alignment and address any concerns or needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community health resources.
  • Prepare regular reports for the organization, schools, and other stakeholders following project implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in a school setting or working with children and adolescents.
  • Experience in project management, including the development, implementation, and evaluation of projects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
