About the position

The Account Manager at Atilus, LLC is responsible for maintaining client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and effective communication, ensuring that clients' needs are met while managing their accounts and projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a background in digital marketing or web design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboards new clients, including holding kickoff meetings and organizing client materials.
• Builds rapport and fosters relationships with clients through timely follow-up and communication to increase account retention.
• Addresses client inquiries and requests via email and phone.
• Manages clients' projects in collaboration with the production team.
• Ensures clients are receiving services within their budget and meeting their needs.
• Meets regularly with team members to discuss progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Identifies upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicating with the sales team regularly.
• Holds monthly and quarterly review meetings to discuss performance with managed services clients.

Requirements

• 1 year of account management experience required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and personable skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and other marketing software tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Digital marketing and/or web design experience.
• Project management experience.
