About the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Conduct warm calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and identifying opportunities for account growth.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and satisfaction.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets and potential clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout the account lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in technology sales or account management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client requirements effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for building rapport with clients.
