About the position

The Account Manager at Tyndale USA is responsible for managing and growing mid to large strategic national accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves creating trusted relationships with clients, facilitating the onboarding process, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. The position supports a hybrid work model, requiring one day a week onsite and four days remote, and is integral to the company's commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow mid/large strategic national accounts, driving participation in customer meetings and resolving account issues.
  • Facilitate the implementation of flame-resistant uniform service programs through alignment of internal teams and focus on customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and Executive Management for effective communication and execution of custom apparel programs.
  • Act as a system expert, producing reports and offering technical and creative solutions to enhance program efficiency.
  • Develop, analyze, and validate data for clients, showcasing product performance and highlighting KPI success.
  • Attend customer meetings for KPI review, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration to achieve goals and retention objectives.
  • Support customers and National Sales Executives by understanding and executing customer contract terms, including pricing and renewal dates.
  • Build excellent relationships with customers to influence growth and enhance program performance, encouraging new business opportunities.
  • Participate in industry-related business, trade, and safety events.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Two years of account management, project management, or relevant experience in Client Services or Business Development.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or related CRM, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel nationally and regionally, expected travel up to 35%.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to service excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative self-starter and team player.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem resolution and consultative sales skills.
  • Current valid driver's license required.
