About the position

The Account Manager at Case Facility Management Solutions plays a crucial role in supporting the operations team by enhancing communication related to procurement, service partner management, field management, and finance and billing issues. This position is ideal for individuals with a proactive mindset who are eager for growth and willing to work extended hours, especially during peak seasonal demands.

Responsibilities

  • Task snow and landscape services
  • Utilize CRM Salesforce tools to update and document Customer and Service Partner information
  • Available to work all snow events 24/7 and long duration shifts
  • Assist with training of Service Partners and Field Supervisors in technology and APP usage
  • Review data provided and validate services are being completed on time and correctly documented
  • Manage service delivery to specified scope of work
  • Coordinate and review designated site mapping tools and adjust as needed
  • Communicate to store level through phone and email regarding services
  • Facilitate and assist in the resolution of Customer problems and concerns
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Service Partners and Customers
  • Assist the billing and finance team with questions and solutions regarding payment
  • Work on training materials
  • Manage the efficient operations of all facility exterior maintenance
  • Work with insurance and contract administrator on Service Partner compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or at least 1-3 years of sourcing, procurement, sales and project management experience in a customer driven role
  • Strong desire to work as part of a team
  • Strong negotiating skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to influence others and manage conflict with a methodical problem solving approach
  • Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency and ability to make fact-based decisions under pressure
