About the position
The Account Manager position is responsible for achievement of company objectives for an assigned territory for general sales activity, sales communications, and marketing support. The role involves implementing Palmetto Infusion's policies and procedures as approved by the senior leadership team, and ensuring the deliverance of high quality, patient-focused health care. The Account Manager will evaluate staff for performance improvement, initiate disciplinary action when required, and facilitate cross-functional teamwork through all organizational departments.
Responsibilities
- Achieve company objectives for assigned territory in sales activity, communications, and marketing support.
- Implement Palmetto Infusion's policies and procedures as approved by senior leadership.
- Deliver high quality, patient-focused health care in line with the company's mission and values.
- Evaluate staff performance and initiate disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Facilitate cross-functional teamwork across all organizational departments.
Requirements
- 4 year college degree, preferably in business or healthcare related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- 1 year of sales experience in infusion services or related healthcare product/service industries.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environments while under pressure.
- Ability to work as a team member and develop productive relationships with colleagues.
