About the position

The Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of customers in the HVAC industry. This role involves connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of services, and managing customer accounts to foster positive relationships. The Account Manager will also generate leads, manage projects, and navigate the economic dynamics of the industry to align with the company's growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Liaise between customers and internal teams to ensure service delivery.
  • Manage and develop customer accounts to maintain favorable relationships.
  • Generate leads and sales through industry contacts.
  • Meet with clients to discuss technical concerns and propose solutions.
  • Prepare HVAC proposals and manage projects from inception to closeout.
  • Understand and navigate the economic dynamics of the HVAC industry.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Some sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate computer and business equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
