Responsibilities

  • Create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by territory.
  • Conduct high-level customer consultations and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and sales progress, ensuring accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to demonstrate tools to customers and collaborate with various departments.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to drive a company car.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Ability to walk on construction sites, climb scaffolding, and lift up to 65 pounds.
