Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for assigned national wholesale reseller accounts, collaborating with Buyers, Sales Teams, and Marketing.
  • Provide exceptional service to meet sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and expand new large-format retail accounts.
  • Drive sales and marketing strategies for national reseller accounts across all channels, focusing on e-commerce accounts like Lowes.com and HomeDepot.com.
  • Support brand sales strategies through innovative approaches to key account management.
  • Align with executive leadership on strategic goals to support global expansion.
  • Partner with the Sales team to achieve and exceed shared sales targets.
  • Utilize insights from sales and marketing to develop strategies that build long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicate effectively about customer service, product needs, pricing, and marketing for assigned accounts.
  • Set and track sales objectives using tailored customer plans.
  • Manage expense budgets in detail.
  • Contribute to team efforts to achieve profit and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, NetSuite, and Salesforce CRM is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to define problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
