About the position

The Account Manager at Coegi is responsible for overseeing the digital health and operations of various media campaigns across display, video, social, and native channels. This role serves as the primary contact for clients, managing communication regarding RFPs, campaign objectives, project deadlines, and performance metrics. The Account Manager collaborates closely with the Programmatic, Search, and Social Media Departments to ensure successful campaign execution.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor activation and pacing of a campaign portfolio across all programmatic, search and social platforms.
  • Review status and performance of campaigns with the client on a regular basis.
  • Respond to RFPs of current clients with best-in-class proposals.
  • Respond to client emails and phone calls within one business day.
  • Responsible for the project management of the client business, setting turnaround times and meeting deadlines through the use of Asana.
  • Actively participate in trainings across technology platforms.
  • Provide expertise and research to Account Strategy Director and Business Development on new business calls and client presentations.
  • Promote the external marketing of Coegi by developing timely blogs, white papers and case studies.
  • Assist in training of new employees, in conjunction with the Leadership Team.

Requirements

  • At least one year of professional experience, preferably within digital advertising, which can include internship experience.
  • Experience developing relationships with clients or partnerships with other companies and vendors.
  • Experience with digital media, particularly with platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter, LinkedIn, or other digital media technology.
  • Self-starter with personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management and delivering to client deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
