About the position

As an Account Manager at Via, you will play a crucial role in transforming transportation by building and maintaining strong relationships with partners. This position focuses on providing strategic guidance to partners, advocating for their needs internally, and driving long-term revenue growth through effective relationship management and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a vision and strategy for partners by assessing their strengths and weaknesses to assist them in setting and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with partners by identifying partner pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for service growth and revenue generation.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and long-term service performance data to provide partners with actionable recommendations that improve their services' quality, efficiency, and growth.
  • Negotiate and sign contract renewals and service expansions to increase year-on-year revenue from each partnership.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and remain calm under pressure, celebrating partners' successes.
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy, able to draw insights from complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and high-responsibility roles.
  • Excellent team player, contributing meaningfully and mentoring others.
