About the position

Heart of the House Hospitality is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager for the Philadelphia Market. This full-time role focuses on supporting hospitality associates and clients, emphasizing sales, recruiting, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in nurturing local hospitality talent and building strong relationships with clients in the hotel industry.

Responsibilities

  • Building teams of hospitality talent that are dependable and passionate about delighting guests.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, screening, and onboarding new associates.
  • Managing and developing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Networking within the hotel and hospitality industry to create business opportunities and talent referrals.
  • Being the key liaison between clients and associates at all times; both in the field and remotely.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (preferably all three).
  • Experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industries.
  • Capability to work autonomously and as a team player.
  • Own vehicle for transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs.
