About the position

The Account Manager at Hilti, Inc. is responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for clients. Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with customers.
  • Create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by territory.
  • Demonstrate Hilti tools and provide high-level customer consultations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and sales progress.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment.
  • Hands-on attitude with the ability to demonstrate tools to customers.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
