Responsibilities

• Manage account development and growth for AdvanTec's brands within a defined territory or client list.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and potential customers.
• Achieve business targets through effective telephone sales and communication.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for managing sales leads and customer interactions.
• Gather customer information through various communication methods including phone, email, and onsite visits.
• Prepare estimates and quotations for configurable products based on customer needs.
• Maintain day-to-day account management for various account types, ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship integrity.
• Enter all sales activities into the CRM and manage the sales pipeline process.
• Attend trade shows to promote products and build relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Travel to key accounts as required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marine technical sales and estimating.
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
