About the position

The Aftermarket Sales Executive/Account Manager role at ECI Software Solutions is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, recommending software module add-ons, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive sales and meet quotas. The role emphasizes collaboration, customer engagement, and strategic selling to enhance client success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within an assigned territory of existing customer accounts.
  • Position, quote, and sell the value of our solutions to our installed base of customers.
  • Meet or exceed license and services quotas on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Meet or exceed outbound touch call quotas on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Conduct customer site visits, typically one outing per quarter which may include travel.
  • Mitigate churn risk with effective dispute resolution and collaboration with Support and Professional Services departments.
  • Ensure customers recognize and receive value from their maintenance contract.
  • Identify potential product migration candidates and collaborate with Professional Services to orchestrate those migrations.
