About the position

The Account Manager at The Imagine Group is responsible for managing solutions-based projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications. This role involves evaluating customer needs, developing project plans, and maintaining communication with clients and internal teams to foster strong relationships and deliver high-quality marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, analyze, and create solutions for new customers and new opportunities.
  • Collect project specifications from clients and communicate them to internal and external service departments.
  • Solve for materials, due dates, and print options based on customer requirements.
  • Deliver communication regarding solutions and project inquiries to clients.
  • Maintain open lines of communication to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery as agreed.
  • Optimize and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams.
  • Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, adapting plans as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism among team members.
  • Communicate progress of client engagements and program initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and task lists, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain positive relationships with key client contacts and internal teams.
  • Bring ideas and solutions to clients to meet their needs.
  • Review all estimates from internal departments for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, graphic communications, or a related area of study.
  • 5 years of Account Management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage.
  • Proven experience leading and inspiring teams to meet business objectives.
  • Strong inner drive to deliver excellence in customer service and build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Nice-to-haves
