About the position

The Account Manager at Computer One is responsible for managing a high volume of client relationships, ensuring service delivery, and addressing client needs. This role involves building trust with clients through effective communication and collaboration with project management and operations teams. The Account Manager will conduct regular meetings, monitor client activity, and drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Grow client relationships by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Work with delivery, operations, and finance teams to execute on contractual terms and conditions.
  • Proactively address issues, concerns, and future technology needs that support the client's business.
  • Engage with clients through their product journey to increase adoption and retention.
  • Renew and upgrade subscriptions of clients according to their current needs.
  • Support clients through email and phone communications.
  • Conduct exit interviews with churned clients.
  • Monitor client activity to identify potential issues and address them with the service team.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to probe for additional client needs and assist with possible issues.
  • Drive the referral program by securing satisfied client reviews and testimonials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience as a customer success or client relationship manager.
  • Experience in SaaS and B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to build long-term business relationships with C-Level Executive clients.
  • Previous experience in the Information Technology industry with a technical background.
  • Strong client-driven personality with emotional intelligence skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Great relationship-building skills and adaptability to client communication styles.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
