About the position

The Account Manager serves as a strategic partner to customers, clients, and members, focusing on meeting their healthcare needs and enhancing value as a trusted advisor. This role involves managing existing accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth by expanding services and improving efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop account relationships with contacts at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by selling LHH's diverse portfolio of services.
  • Design solutions and help customers solve their benefit challenges.
  • Oversee successful completion of day-to-day commitments.
  • Collaborate with account leadership to develop strategies.
  • Identify issues and consult with the customer to determine the best course of action and implement solutions.
  • Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics.
  • Collaborate on creating business reviews and contribute to or lead customer meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Ability to identify and solve customer benefit challenges.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in developing strategies and metrics for account management.
