About the position

The Account Manager at Disney's Yellow Shoes is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies for Disney Experiences. This role involves understanding client needs, leading creative strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with clients and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions to address their problems.
• Manage client expectations, project timing, and direction to set the agency up for success.
• Lead creative strategy based on consumer insights to activate creatives effectively.
• Partner with Project Management to keep clients updated and maintain momentum toward deliverables.
• Maintain assignment budgets to ensure work does not exceed approved funds.
• Collaborate with internal agency peers to develop creative solutions that meet client briefs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and discipline partners through various communication methods.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of professional marketing, ad agency, brand management, media, or related experience.
• Knowledge of communication mediums including video, print, digital, social, email, collateral, and OOH.
• Experience working with external clients and internal agency teams.
• Current knowledge of the advertising industry.
• Understanding of brand management and advertising for consumer brands.
• Familiarity with consumer research tools and methodologies.
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
