About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in identifying market opportunities and leveraging technology sales strategies to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and solutions.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities for business development within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in technology sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and drive results.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering value to clients.
