About the position

The Service & Repair Sales Account Manager at Fujitec America is responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work while developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers. This role is crucial for meeting the branch's annual revenue goals and requires independent judgment in significant matters.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Manage service accounts by visiting customers within assigned territory to develop ongoing relationships and understand their needs.
• Develop capital plans for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products through training and studying factory equipment manuals.
• Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and other job costs using estimating software and manual calculations.
• Prepare service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and surveying equipment as necessary.
• Respond to questions related to quoted repairs and service contracts, following up with customers on proposals.
• Monitor the status of current service contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving outstanding issues.
• Contact service customers regarding contract renewal and advise of price increases if appropriate.
• Keep organized records of sales activities using company-provided sales management software.
• Assist in accounts receivable collection efforts to ensure prompt payment from customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a related role.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
