About the position

The Account Manager role is a full-time, temporary position with a well-known nonprofit organization, focused on supporting caregivers and stakeholders. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility to work both from home and the office. The role is centered around advocacy, problem-solving, and ensuring that the needs of caregivers are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve complex cases personally.
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advocate for caregivers and ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage relationships with employers, document visits, and maintain effective communication.
  • Support the Customer Experience team with special projects and daily operations.
  • Gather and act on caregiver feedback, particularly regarding technology challenges, ensuring their needs are communicated across the organization.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or customer experience management roles.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and solve complex issues.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience handling sensitive customer situations and advocating for client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with technology; experience with Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce is a plus.
