About the position

The Account Manager at Planet DDS is responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships within the dental software industry. This role focuses on driving growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities, generating referrals, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The Account Manager acts as a champion for the company's values and services, playing a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts for additional products or services.
  • Utilize selling techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage successful client relationships to secure referrals and expand the client base.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for clients while aligning with the company's goals and values.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, assess account health, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM software and other relevant tools to manage accounts and track performance.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
